14 Day Return Policy

If you have any questions about your order, please email us at info@augden.com Monday-Thursday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST

We will gladly accept returns on items for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to sender.

• When returning items, we ask that you kindly use the shipping label that will be provided to you by an Augden Customer Service associate. 
• Please note returns must be postmarked at a FedEx facility within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email. All returns postmarked after 7 days are subject to a late return fee of up to $20 per item deducted from the total refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time we do not provide return labels for international returns. Please send your pre-paid and insured package with your carrier of choice to the address given to you by our Customer Service Representative. Please email your tracking number to us at info@augden.com so we can keep track of your return, making it faster and smoother.
